Organizational Leadership
While at the University of Oklahoma, I focused on my core classes in Organizational Leadership, immersing myself in the subject. This journey sharpened my scholarly research skills and ignited a passion for exploration and learning. One of the most rewarding experiences was having my work peer-reviewed by my classmates. Their insights proved invaluable, helping me broaden my understanding and refine my focus in various areas of leadership. Each interaction strengthened my knowledge and deepened my commitment to becoming a leader in my professional life. I completed this degree and was conferred in May 2025.

Redlands Community College was the starting point of my higher education journey. During my time there, I dove into various essential courses, from English Composition I and II to Sociology, Humanities, and Psychology. Each class broadened my knowledge and ignited my passion for learning.
A standout experience was deepening my understanding of the Criminal Justice System. This insight has been invaluable, greatly enhancing my ability to make informed and impactful decisions for my department.
Overall, my experiences and the skills I acquired at Redlands laid a solid foundation that propelled me forward as I transferred to the University of Oklahoma, ready to take on new challenges and opportunities.

While attending the FBI National Academy, I had the incredible opportunity to earn an undergraduate certificate in Criminal Justice from the University of Virginia. Engaging with law enforcement professionals from around the world not only broadened my understanding of the pressing challenges facing American policing today but also inspired me to create a community policing plan designed specifically for my community. This experience was both enlightening and empowering as I worked to strengthen the bond between law enforcement and the neighborhoods we serve.
